Thai Amulet Rarities

Luang Pho Koon is one of the few still living „quite great“ monks of Thailand. He belongs worldwide to the most famous monks of the kingdom of Thailand. There is probably no one in Thailand who doesn`t know Luang Pho Koon.

Phra Kring Luang Pho Tongkam Thai Buddha amulet from the venerable Phra Khru Palad Sompong Woorayano, abbot of Wat Samon Koht, Tambon Bang Kra Soo, Amphoe Mueang, Changwat Nonthaburi, Thailand.

The venerable Phra Khru Palad created the amulet from old holy metals in a small series of only 999 amulets.

Silver thai amulet Rian Nang Paan Ruun Sud Thaii from the venerable Luang Pho Sod Thammawaro (Phra Khru Aneksanarakhun), in his lifetime abbot of Wat Po Taeng Tai, Amphoe Bang Trai, Changwat Ayutthaya from the year BE 2537 (1994).

Luang Pho Sod created the amulet on the occasion of his 97th birthday in a small series of only 999 pieces. It concerns an among believers and collectors very much popular rarity, because it is a rare "Sud Thaii" series. This means that it is the last amulet series which a monk has created. "Sud Thaii" means so much such as „the last“.

Original Phra Somdej Wat Rakhang Ruun Patiharn Phim Yai Nuea Thong Daeng from the Wat Rakhang Kositaram Woramahaviharn (briefly Wat Rakhang), Thonburi, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok, Thailand, from the year BE 2546 (2003). 

The amulet was poured from old holy metals (Loo Boran) and copper (Thong Daeng) in the Wat Rakhang in a small series of only 9.999 amulets and was consecrated by the most famous monks of Thailand.

By 132 monks consecrated Phra Pong Rian Roo 5 Throng Yindee Ruun Srang Rong Payaban Thai amulet from the venerable Chao Khun Thongchai (also Chao Khun Thong Chai), abbot of Wat Traimit Witthayaram, Charoenkrung Road, Khet sampan Thawong, Bangkok, Thailand, from the year B.E. 2535 (1992).

This amulet series is a preciousness which there is only seldom. It was consecrated by a total of 132 monks in 6 temples and in all four cardinal directions of Thailand.

Magic balm - See Pueng Phra Lak Naa Thong Chan Soon Chan from the venerable Luang Phu Kalong, in his lifetime abbot of Wat Kao Laem, Amphoe Wang Sombun, Tambon Wang Thong, Changwat Srakaew (also Sa Kaeo), Thailand from the 2/9/2552 (2009).

It concerns the last by the venerable Luang Phu Kalong created and consecrated See Pueng. Luang Phu Kalong produced the See Pueng in traditional way himself. Among the rest, the magic balm exists of Pong Itthi Jay, Pong Maharat Gao, Pong Thongkam and Pong Sian Phra Lak Naa Thong.

Luang Pho Too Buddha amulet Nuea alpaca from the venerable Chao Phra Khun Somdej Phra Phuttajahn Kiaw (Luang Phu Kiaw Uppaseno), abbot of Wat Saket Ratcha Wora Maha Wihan (briefly Wat Saket or Sarket, also called golden mountain), Bamrung Muang Road, Kwaeng Ban Bat, Khet Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Bangkok, Thailand, from the year B.E. 2542 (1999).

Phra Pong Rama 5 Lang Narai Trong Krut Thai amulet from the venerable Chao Khun Thongchai, abbot of Wat Traimit Witthayaram, Charoenkrung Road, Khet Sampan Thawong, Bangkok, Thailand and from the venerable Phra Khru Sophit Thamma Sathid, abbot of Wat Laem Kae, Ban Laem Kae, Tambon Na Pradu, Amphoe Phan Thong, Changwat Chonburi, Thailand from the year B.E. 2536 (1994).

As already in the year before, the venerable Chao Khun Thongchai (also Chao Khun Thong Chai) created an amulet series from 108 holy ingredients and consecrated it in front of  the golden Buddha in the Wat Traimit. Afterwards he let consecrate the amulets in all four cardinal directions of Thailand by the most famous monks

Phra Rian Ruun Chalong Aju Kroob 50 Phansa Nuea Thong Daeng Rom Dam Thai amulet from the venerable Luang Pho Watchara Aekkawano, abbot of Wat Thamfad, Tambon Kao Noi, Amphoe Tha Muang, Changwat Kanchanaburi, Thailand, from the 4/15/2544 (2001).

Luang Pho Watchara created the amulet on the occasion of his 50th birthday in a numbered small series of only 2,999 amulets. Every amulet has an individual serial number, here the amulet with the number 186 of 2,999 is offered.

Jeweller's loupe for the identification of Thai amulets with 30-fold enlargement and an ocular diameter of 21 mm.

Rarity – Phra Pong Phim Chao Sua Koon Naa Koon Lang Ruun Srang Phra That Wat Nong Waeng from the venerable Luang Pho Koon Parisuttho and from the venerable Luang Pho Koon Khantigo (Phra Deth Phra Koon Phra Thep Wongsa Jahn), abbot of Wat Nong Waeng Phra Mahthat Kaen Nakhon (briefly Wat Nong Waeng), Tambon Nai Mueang, Amphoe Mueang, Changwat Khon Kaen, Isaan, north-east Thailand from the 6/9/2539 (1996).

It is the only amulet which shows both famous Luang Pho Koon together and which was created by them together.

Palad Khik Metta Maha Sanee Ud Kring Thai amulet from the venerable Luang Phu Chan Hoom Supathoro, abbot of Wat Bung Khee Lek, Amphoe Khemarat, Tambon Na Waeng, Changwat Ubon Ratchathani, Isaan, north-east Thailand.

Luang Phu Chan Hoom belongs to the great masters of the province of Ubon Ratchathani, particularly his Takrut protective amulets are desired throughout Thailand very much. He produces these personally only in small series and in old traditional kind by hand.
