The book was published on the occasion of the 72nd birthday of her majesty, 12th of August, 2004, in one (for Thai relations) small edition of only 200,000 copies. Other 10,000 books were published in a bound and numbered collector's edition with fine wood box on the same day. It concerns the revised 2nd edition. The first edition was published on the occasion of the 36th birthday of her majesty, 12th of August, 1968.
The 310-sided book offered here shows among other things also many up to now unpublished photos of the king's pair from its private photo archive, under it also photos of the young queen before her marriage with his majesty, king Bhumibol of Thailand.
The book is written in English and Thai. The English translations of the Thai texts are in each case on the left book pages, the Thai original text besides, on the left page.
The book has a glossy cover with additional glossy dust cover, format 25 cm x 18 cm, weight approx. 900 grammes. You receive a new and original packed book.
