Phra Rian Luang Phu Thuad Somdej Phra Sangkarat 100 Pii Ruun Phra Gring Khotchawat Ruun 2 Chalong Phra Chon Aju 100 Phansa Nuea Thong Daeng Thai Amulet from his holiness Somdej Phra Sangkarat (Somdej Phra Yanasangwon Nyanasamvara Phra Somdej Sangkarat) the 19th Supreme patriarch of Thailand and abbot of Wat Bowornivet (briefly Wat Bowon), Amphoe Phra Nakhon, Changwat Bangkok, Thailand, from the 10/03/2013. It is the last Special Editon amulet series from his holiness Somdej Phra Sangkarat, only 21 days later the venerable Somdej Phra Sangkarat passed away. This amulet is from a special series which is not to be acquired for sale. The amulet is given in the name of Somdej Phra Sangkarat exclusively by the second abbot of the Wat Bowon personally.

The amulet was created on occasion of the 100th birthday from his holiness Somdej Phra Sangkarat and consecrated by 108 important monks in the Ubosoth of the Wat Bowon on Monday the 9/23/2013 at 15:19 o´clock local time.

The amulet shows on the front the venerable Luang Phu Thuad in his lifetime he was abbot of Wat Chang Hai, who belongs to the most important monks of Thailand and was high revered by his holiness Somdej Phra Sangkarat. At the top margin there are Pali formulae for health, luck and prosperity.

The back shows the emblem of the Supreme patriarch with the stroke „Ming Mongkoln Somdej Phra Yanasangwon Nyanasamvara Phra Somdej Sangkarat Sakon Maha Sangka Parinayok Throng Charoen Phra Chon Ayu Kroop 100 Phra Phansa“.

The amulet is in a silvery dimension casing, height approx. 4.8 cm, width approx. 3.4 cm, thickness approx. 1.1 cm and weight approx. 25 grammes.

The amulet protects its wearer against accidents, disasters, misfortune and illness and give him a Long live. It gives luck, prosperity, wealth (Ruai)) and a good life without Need. In the private life and professional life the qualities of the amulet affect apparent positively. In business and professional matters it helps its wearer to luck and success.

The Wat Bowon is the domicile of the Supreme patriarch of Thailand, the head of all Thai monks and temples at home and abroad. His majesty king Mongkut Rama IV of Siam domiciliated in 1836 in Wat Bowon and assumed some years later the office of the abbot. He administrated this until shortly before his coronation to the king of Siam in 1851. Since then most male members of the Thai royal family ordained in Wat Bowon to the monk. So also his majesty king Bhumibol Rama IX von Thailand and his son, the crown prince of Thailand, Varijalongkorn, as well as his sons.

Somdej Phra Sangkarat was born on Friday 03rd of October, 1913, in the year of the ox, in Ban Nua, Müang, Kanchanaburi, Siam (Thailand). He ordained on the 12th of June, 1933 in Wat Devasangharam, Kanchanaburi, in 1972 the title "Somdet" (royal one) was bestowed upon him and in 1989 he assumed the office of the Supreme patriarch. He is the first Supreme patriarch of Thailand who does not come from the rows of the royal Family.

His holiness Somdej Phra Sangkarat (สมเด็จพระญาณสังวร สมเด็จพระสังฆราช) passed away on Thursday the 10/24/2013, at 19:30 o'clock local time at the age of 100 years and 21 days, after 80 Phansa as a Monk, in the King Chulalogkorn Memorial Hospital (โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์), Bangkok, as a result of a blood poisoning.
