Nang Kwak Thai Temple Statue partial gilt

Partial gilt Nang Kwak Thai Temple Statue from the venerable Luang Pho Kaweerat (Phra Khru Samut Kaweerat), abbot of Wat Satthayalai, Ban Had Nang Rum, Tambon Plutaluang, Amphoer Sattahip, Changwat Chonburi, Thailand, from the year BE 2550 (2009).

The statues shows the goddess of luck, Nang Kwak, which beckons luck, money (originally: silver and gold) and prosperity as well as good bargains and many customers for independents.

The statue was created from resin and was gilt by hand with holy Gold leafs. In the closed base are sacred soil and holy ingredients. On the bottom there is a sacred cloth with the temple Yahn.

The statue is about 22 cm high, 10.7 cm wide, about 13 cm deep and it weighs is about 870 grammes.
