Phra Pikkanet (Ganesha) Lang Jatukam Nuea Pong Wahn Ruun Maha Setthi Chedi Yai Thai amulet from the venerable Luang Phu Paew Pawaro, Abt des Wat Wat Kampaeng Saen, Tambon Huai Mhon Thong, Amphoer Kampaeng Saen, Changwat Nakhon Pathom, vom 27.07.2007 (2550).

Ganesha which is also called Vinayaka, Ganapathi, and in Thailand Phra Pikkaned is the son of Shiva and Parvatis. Ganah comes from the Sanskrit and means "diversity" and Isha means lord, therefore, Ganesha is also called "lord of all beings".

Other names for Ganesha are Ekadanta (with the tusk), Vighneswara (destroyer of all obstacles), Varada (good giving) and Sidhhita (donor of success at any work).

Ganesha is revered as a protector and divinity of the arts and apprenticeships, particularly intellectuals and students revere Ganesha! His special strength and his infinite knowledge make him a special protection bringer and luck bringer for the wearer of the amulet!

With the Hindus he is one of the most honoured and mostly adored divinities. Also in Bangkok and other big towns one finds to honour of him established shrines which are visited daily by hundreds of believers, who present joss sticks, flowers and dishes to Ganesha as an offering and ask him for luck!

The venerable Luang Phu Paew created the amulet after a confidential and only known to him recipe from holy ingredients.

The amulet Shows on the front Ganesha which is called in Thailand Phra Pikanet.

At the back there is a circle from 8 Rahoo Om Dschan (one for every direction). A second circle shows the 12 zodiac signs. In the middle there is Jatukam Ramathep, the divine angel (Rama = divine / royal and Thep = angel), the protector and luck bringer (health, prosperity and a long life) of the humans.

The amulet was consecrated by the venerable Luang Phu Paew and 8 other monks on 27/07/2007 at 09:00 local time in Ubosoth of Wat Saen Kampaeng.

The amulet is in a silvery metal casing, height approx. 6.4 cm, width approx. 5.5 cm, thickness approx. 1.7 cm and weight approx. 33 grammes. Please note the size, it is a very big amulet.

The Amulet protects its owner against misfortune, illness and accidents, as well as again bad ghosts, black magic, witchcraft, Voodoo, Visha Khameen, imprecations, negative energy and other magic methods which are directed against its wearer.

Jatukam Ramathep gives health, luck and prosperity (literally: Wealth) to his owner. The Rahoo Om Dschan gives to his owner strength, charisma, creativity and mental strength. He protects his owner from attacks, misfortune, illness and accidents, as well as against bad ghosts, black magic, witchcraft, Voodoo, Visha Khameen, imprecations, negative energy and other magic methods which are directed against his owner. Moreover, he should protect the house / the flat of the wearer against misfortune and all negative (e.g., burglar, earthquake, floods, fires etc.) as well as against ghosts, magic and negative energy.
