Thai Protecting Amulet from the temple of the golden Buddha

Very rare Yahn Suriya Prapa - Chanthara Prapa Thai amulet from the venerable Chao Khun Thongchai (also Chao Khun Thong Chai), abbot of Wat Traimit Witthayaram, Charoenkrung Road, Khet Sampan Thawong, Bangkok, Thailand of the 2/22/2002.

These amulets are spiritual valuables as one can find them only seldom, because they were consecrated during two days and nights (2/21/2002 - 2/22/2002) by 108 of the greatest monks of Thailand in the Ubosoth of the Wat Traimit, in front of the golden Buddha. Then they took up till the first edition day on Tuesday, the 3/12/2002, under the golden Buddha the energy of  hundred prayers from monks and believers in themselves.

Chao Khun Thongchai created the amulet for the financing of urgent restoration works at the Wat Traimit.

Wat Traimit is a very insignificant temple which probably every tourist and pedestrian would pass by if it would not accommodate an important treasure.

In Wat Traimit there is the 3.50-metre-high and approx. 700 year-old Golden Sukhothai Buddha, a Buddha statue which exists of 5.5 tonnes of pure gold. Its material value is estimated at approx. 60 million euros!

The statue was discovered in 1956 only by chance. It had to be moved because of construction work on the weight-bearing elements of Wat Traimit, thereby, a rope of the crane ripped and it crashed on the ground. Thereby the external cover, which existed of tone broke and revealed the famous „Golden Buddha“. Up to this time nobody knew, what an unbelievable legacy and property was standing in Wat Traimit. Till this day the origin of the statue is uncleared.

The amulet shows at one side the Yahn Suriya Prapa which protects its wearer in natural dangers, as for example accidents, disasters, attacks by person and animal as well as against misfortune. Besides it protects its wearer from ghosts, errant souls, torturing visions, nightmares,  which result from magic attacks, witchcraft, black magic, imprecations, Voodoo, curses, Visha Kameen, negative energy and other magic methods which are directed against its wearer.

The other side shows the Yahn Chanthara Prapa which gives health, luck, prosperity and a "happy hand" in financial matters to its owner. In the private as well as in the professional environments it helps its owner to get respect and popularity. It provides for a positive radiance, energy, creativity, charisma, strength and mental strength.

It helps enterprisers, traders, craftsmen, freelances and other independently active people to more enterprise success, a steady customer increase and sales increase as well as rising profits.
Katha (incantation) which you receive in written translation with the amulet belongs to the amulet. This should be recited once daily. After reciting one may ask Suriya Prapa and Chanthara Prapa for help, assistance or the fulfilment of a wish. The Katha may - however, must not be used. It is a request for protection, assistance and support with the achievement of targets and for the fulfilment of wishes. It is at the same time an expression of thanks for given protection as well as assistance and should strengthen the effectiveness.

The amulet is in a in a silvery metal casing, height approx., 4.9 cm, width approx. 4.2 cm, thickness approx. 1.2 cm and weight approx. 29 grammes.
