Original Thai amulet cord (Sailom) for wearing up to 3 amulets

Original Thai amulet cord (Sailom) for wearing up to 3 amulets at the same time. These necklace cords are used in Thailand if the wearer wants to wear several amulets at the same time. In doing so, it is to be paid attention to the fact that it always should be an odd number of amulets.
It concerns a very high grade processed cord. It is approx. 0.4 cm thick and has a traditional "snake clasp" in which the amulet is hooked in. Two other amulets may be hooked in the lateral loops.
The amulet cord is also suited for wearing Takruts with two loops which are worn transverse in front of the breast. Therefore the "snake clasp" should be removed and the both loops of the Takrut should be hooked in instead of the "snake clasp".
Clubbed together the cord has a length of approx. 35 cm and thereby may be pulled over the head without opening the clasp.
