Phra Paka Wam Bodee (Phra Yu Yen Ben Suk Phra Mai Mii Naa) Thai Buddha statue from the Wat Pha Siriwatthana Wisuth (also called Wat Phra Phi Nang), Tambon Thamnop, Amphoer Tha Tako, Changwat Nakhon Sawan, Thailand, from the 10/1/2547 (2004).
It concerns, on this occasion, a unique statue which there is only from Wat Pha Siriwatthana Wisuth. No other temple in Thailand publishes such a statue.
This unique Buddha statue was published on the occasion of the laying of the foundation stone for the Chedi Sri Phuttakaya on the temple area of Wat Pha Siriwatthana Wisuth, in a small series of only 699 statues.
Her Highness crown princess Phra Phi Nang Ther, the older sister of his Majesty king Bhumibol Adulyadej Rama 9 of Thailand, donated the Chedi Sri Phuttakaya as well as the statues.
The statues were poured on the holy ground of Wat Pha Siriwatthana Wisuth. Her Highness carried out personally the gate (Tae Thong).
The statue is a perfect effigy of the 10-metre-high and 5-metre-wide statue of Wat Pha Siriwatthana Wisuth.
The front shows the stroke „Yu Yen Ben Suk“. The word "Yu" is in the face, the word "Yen" on the belly, the word "Ben" on the left leg and the word "Suk" on the right leg. On the base edge the stroke "Paka Wam Bodee" is to be seen.
The back shows the temple-Yahn on the breast and on the base edge the stroke "Paka Wam Bodee".
The statue should protect its owner against misfortune and illness, give to him health, luck and a long life without need.
The statue is approx. 21.50 cm high, approx. 14.80 cm wide, approx. 10.40 cm deep and approx. 1,700 grammes.
