Nang Kwak Thai-Amulet Ruun Maha Chook Mahalap from 2001

Nang Kwak Nuea Pong Ruun Maha Chook Mahalap Maha Mongkoln 109 Thai amulet from the venerable Phra Khru Wisutthi (Kanchanakhun), abbot of Wat Mano Thammaram (also Wat Nang No) Tambon Mueang Chum, Amphoe Tha Mueang, Changwat Kanchanaburi, Thailand, from the year B.E. 2544 (2001).

Phra Khru Wisutthi is known for his luck-giving and affluent-giving amulets outside the province of Kanchanaburi. Not seldom believers from one of the many provinces which are hundred of kilometres away visit him to receive an amulet of him.

The venerable Phra Khru Wisutthi created the amulet from holy ingredients and consecrated it together with 108 other monks.

It shows on the front the goddess of luck, Nang Kwak, which beckons luck, money (originally: silver and gold) and prosperity as well as good bargains and many customers for independents. At the back there is the temple Yahn with the stroke "Wat Nang No".

The amulet is in a silvery metal casing in drop shape, height approx. 4.5 cm, width approx. 2.8 cm, thickness approx. 1.3 cm and weight approx. 12 grammes. The amulet is delivered together with the original temple amulet box which is marked as follows: „Mae Nang Kwak Ruun Maha Chook Maha Lap Maha Mongkoln 109 Wat Mano Thammaram (Nang No) Amphoe Tha Mueang Changwat Kanchanaburi.

The amulet gives to its wearer health, luck and prosperity. In financial matters it gives to its owner a "happy hand". It gives to independents success and helps them to good turnovers, profits and a steady growing of the established clientele.

Phra Khru Wisutthi Kanchanakhun was born in the year of the tiger, on Sunday, the 2/4/2493 (1950), in the Ban Tha Lao, Tambon Tha Lao, Amphoe Tha Mueang, Changwat Kanchanaburi.

His parents are Mr. Tak and Mrs. Lhiaw Sri Kanchanaporn. He ordained at the age of 15 years, in the year of the snake, on Friday, the 4/16/1965, in the Wat Thammaram to the novice (Buat Naen).

In the year of the rat, on Monday, the 2/28/2515 (1972), he ordained in the same temple to the monk (Buat Phra). In the year B.E. 2528 (1985) he became abbot of Wat Thammaram and 6 years later, in the year B.E. 2534 (1991), he was appointed to the Chao Kana (ecclesiastical head of all temples, monks, novice, nuns and believers) of the Tambon Mueang Chum. In the year B.E. 2535 he was appointed to the Phra Uppatcha (ordination monk).
