Luang Pho Pern, who was abbot of Wat Bang Phra in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, while he was alive, is among the world's best known and most revered monks in Thailand. His amulets and statues are highly effective and belong to the most demanded Buddhist collectors' items. Many statues were created in limited quantities,casted according to the old traditional method in the temple. The annually-find Wan Wai Khru festival attracts thousands of foreign visitors, because during the holy festival protective Tattoos (Sak Yant) are made by the monks. |

Waen Suea Nuea Thong Lueang Thai amulet ring from the venerable Luang Pho Pern, in his lifetime abbot of Wat Bang Phra, Ban Kaew Fa, Nakhon Chaisri, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand from the year B.E. 2536 (1993). The amulet ring was created and consecrated by Luang Pho Pern while he was still alive.
Luang Pho Pern engraved additional Pali signs for luck and prosperity on the underside of the ring rail. This engraving does not exist on the standard implementation from the Wat Bang Phra, but was engraved by Luang Pho Pern especially for the buyer in these rings.

His Majesty king Bhumibol Rama 9 of Thailand in the 12/5/2537 conferred the monk's title "Chao Khun Phra Udom Prachanath" on Luang Pho Pern.

Rian Phra Chailang Chang Buddha Thai amulet from his holiness, the 18th Supreme patriarch of Thailand, Somdej Phra Ariyavangsagatayana Somdej Phra Sangkharat and his holiness, the 19th Supreme patriarch of Thailand, Somdej Phra Sangkharat Phra Yanasangwon, abbot of Wat Bowon (Wat Bowonnivet Viharn), Amphoe Phra Nakhon, Changwat Bangkok, Thailand from the 12/5/2530 (1987). The Amulet was consecrated from 14 monks who belonged to the greatest monks of Thailand.
The amulet was consecrated in two of the holiest temples of Thailand, Wat Phra Kaew (king's temple beside the old palace in Bangkok) and Wat Bowon (seat of the Supreme patriarch of Thailand).
