Black Buddha Bracelet Takrut Thong - 9 days consecrated

9 days and 9 nights long consecrated Buddha luck-bracelet (Sai Sin) of the venerable Luang Pho Daeng, 2-nd abbot of Wat Huai Bong, Ban Huai Bong, Tambon Huai Bong, Amphoe Dan Khun Thod, Changwat Nakhon Ratchasima, Korat, Isan, northeast-Thailand. The Sai Sin has been consecrated by the venerable Luang Pho Daeng (Phra Ajahn Thierayut Idtatiyano, see photo) 9 days and 9 nights long.

The high honoured Luang Pho Daeng is known for his profound awarenesses of the Buddhist magic (Visha)! The bracelet gives especially a lot of luck, health, prosperity and protection, because it has been consecrated by one of the big monks and masters of the Visha! In Thailand it is called Sai Sin and it is twisted by old people in home work under recitation of Pali texts. It is an amulet which one does not recognize immediately as such!

In the middle there is approx. 1,2 cm long and 0.4 cm thick gold colored metal takrut (Pali scroll). The Takrut is covered with rubber for protection from oxidation and damage. With a diameter of approx. 13 cms it fits over almost every hand. On the wrist it is tightened so that it does not "tremble".

Luang Pho Daeng whose official monk's name is Phra Thierayut Idtatiyano was born in the year of the dog on Saturday 30.08.2501 (1958). He was 4. of 5 children of the married couples Mr. Dhie and Mrs. Wong Niyomproom. After the elementary school he went as a " Dek of Wat " (temple child) to the Wat Rat Bua Kaw in Bangkok, where he ordained at the age of 14 years to  novice (Buat Naen). At the age of 17 years he asked for dismissal from the novice's state. Nevertheless, he also remained furthermore as a Dek Wat in the temple.

In July of 2528 (1985), it was the year of the buffalo, he dreamed one night that Buddha appeared to him and that it is his life-work to serve Buddha, as well as to follow the 227 rules of the monks. Three weeks after this dream, on Sunday 28.07.1985 the venerable Phra Ajahn Daeng ordained to monk in the Wat Rat Bua Kaw. Because he already had spent nearly 15 years as a Dek Wat, Naen Noi and layman in the Wat, he graduated from his education in very short time.

From 2530 (1987) to 2535 (1992) Luang Pho Daeng went as Phra Thudong (forest monk) to the woods of the Thai border area in the Isan. He learned the art of the Visha (Buddhist magic) from the Lüssis and forest monks. In 2535 (1992) he inserted a Cham Phansa, a 3-month break of the forest monk life in the Wat Nong Chog, Amphoe Srithep, Changwat Phetchaburi.

Then it pulled him again in the woods and on wandering, until he inserted once more a 3-month Cham Phansa in the Wat Khao Noi, Amphoe Ban Mii, Changwat Lopburi in 2540 (1997). Afterwards he went for other 7 years on wandering among other things to Cambodia and Laos where he learned the arts of the Moo Doos. Then in 2547 (2004) he settled in the Wat Huai Bong, Ban Huai Bong, Tambon Huai Ringing up, Amphoe Dan Khun Thot, Changwat Nakhon Ratchasima, Isan north-east Thailand.

Luang Pho Daeng counts as a big master of the Visha and big Moo Doo (seer). Many people visit the venerable Phra Ajahn Daeng, before they meet an important decision or conclude a business. Many believer arrive from far here to bring her personal statues or amulets to the inauguration to Luang Pho Daeng. The Wat Huai Bong is the Tambon Wat, thus the seat of the head of all 18 temples and all monks in the Tambon Huai Bong. Head of the Tambon is Luang Pho Ang (Phra Khru Pattana Gidyanuyut). Luang Pho Daeng is Chao Awas 2. Chao Awas the Thai name is called for abbot and 2 that he is 2-nd abbot of Wat Huai Bong.
